-incorrect walking and running or jumping (impact goes on the shin areas)
-on heels, edged (angled or paved) shoes are not recommend. Flat heels recommended.
-habitual ankle twisting
-on landing, heels land on outside, instead of center of the heel.
-on steping stage, you put more weight on outside.
-on taking off stage, you use big toe more than the line of the second and the third toe.
-avoid hills and stairs
-ice and hot
-correct walking and running and exercise.
