-sleep on the back is the best, but your neck has to face up straight, no tilting at all.  both hands on side (anatomical position)
-sleep on the side is 2nd with the good pillow height.  Your nasal septum has to paralle to your mattress.
-your hand can not be above shouler line.
-hands on side of the body
-your knees bend a little bit, no straignt
-no hard bed.
-no cellular phone
-no laptop
