-muscles of rhomboid major are elongated -with the daily wrong positions (putting the mouse outside too far, sleep on the side with the flexed arm(upper cut position), flexed elbow and put the it underneath the pillow, put the arm forward too much causing the shoulder blade being elongated. -hunched back. -when you have the elongated shoulder blade, you may have a trigger point on the infraspinatus.
