-many people do have low back pains with the incorrect walking (toes point out, circling feet instead of straight up and down walking, pelvic rotation walking instead of pelvic holding walking)
-when toes point out, your belly goes forward causing lordosis (too much arch on low back)
-cause shin splint
-cuase outside knee stiffness
-your inner distal portion of your femur goes inside and down
-can cause pelvic tilt
-can cause hip joint instability
-can cause sciatica
-can cause digestive syndrome
