-causes low back pain
-makes watery belly

-do 5-7 cm raised leg and same time, you crunch your trunk to strengthen your core (pelvic cavity)(you have to feel something is contracting just above the symphysis pubis area) and hold for 10 sends.  Rest 5 seconds.  Do 10 to 15 reps and 2 sets. Many people have told me that they can stand better. Of course, feel taller after the exercise. (the belly got flatter.^^)
