Subject My left shoulder strengthening rehab

I'm recovering from an upper spinal injury which signficantly threw off alignment and really decreased strength in the muscles that connect by the shoulder socket, which is the main area of connection needed to perform all lifting-type activities.  During my rehab, James paid careful attention on very specific weak points in the shoulder line and chest area that were badly affected. Through a series of detailed alignment adjustments and, more importantly, detailed resistance exercises, strength in my shoulder has returned to normal levels.  Now, when I workout in the gym, I can feel the force in which I push weight with both left and right side has become equal and effortless again.  Thanks to James's detailed focus on specific areas in each rehab session, I can now lift and exercise with confidence once again.
